Union Budget 2023: When, where, and when to watch Sitharaman’s speech Live
Nirmala Sitharaman, Finance Minister, will present the Union Budget 2023 Wednesday, February 1, at 11:15 am. This budget will be Sitharaman’s fifth consecutive budget for the fiscal year that began April 1. Union Budget 2023-24, like the two previous budgets, will be also delivered in paperless format. This budget will be the final full budget of Modi before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
On October 10, the formal process of preparing the annual Budget (2023-24) began.
With the Economic Survey presentation on January 31, the stage will be set for the Budget presentation.

Union Budget Mobile App
All 14 Union Budget documents including the Annual Financial Statement, Demand for Grants (DG), and Finance Bill are available on the “Union Budget Mobile App”. According to the Constitution, all the documents will be accessible on the “Union Budget Mobile App”, which allows members of Parliament and the general public to easily access the Budget documents.
It is available for both Android and iOS platforms and comes in two languages (English and Hindi). It can also be downloaded from the Union Budget Web Portal www.indiabudget.gov.in, it said.
It added that the Budget documents will be available in the app once the Budget speech has been completed by the finance minister at Parliament on February 1, 2023.
