Indian team suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of young Bangladesh. The Indian team failed in all departments in the ODI held at Mirpur as part of the three ODI series. The Indian team, which failed miserably in batting, seemed to have some trouble in bowling. The Indian bowlers took 9 wickets at the Bangladesh team’s score of 136 runs. But they could not take that last wicket.

Same mistakes again


The fielding mistakes that have plagued Team India for some time were once again evident in this match. Indian bowling dominated most of the match. At one stage, the bowlers seemed to secure the victory for their team. But the mistakes of the fielders turned their trouble into ashes. Besides giving away unnecessary runs, the Indian players also missed some catches.

Team India’s star batsman KL Rahul saved Bangladesh who were one step away from defeat after losing nine wickets. Mehdi dropped the easiest catch by Hasan. This gave Hasan courage like a mountain. Indian fans are furious with Rahul for making such an easy catch. They are making comments that the Indian team lost because of Rahul’s mistake. Mehdi Hasan is expressing anger that it was because of Rahul’s gift of life that he brought the Bangladesh team to the shores of victory. In the past too, it is known that India has lost matches by dropping easy catches under pressure at crucial times.


The only one in the batting


In this match, Team India lost the toss and went into bat, but it did not get off to a good start. Shikhar Dhawan (7) and Kohli (9) both failed..Rohit Sharma (27), Shreyas Iyer (24) and Washington Sundar (19) did not look good. KL Rahul (73) was the only one who fought alone. He tried to cross the team score of 200. But he did not get much support from other batsmen Shahbaz Ahmed (0), Shardul Thakur (2), Deepak Chahar (0), Mohammed Siraj (9), Kuldeep Sen (2 not out). With this, Team India was bowled out for 186 runs in 41.2 overs.
