• At least 50% of the women beneficiaries in this scheme must be between 23 and 60 years of age.
• Women from the self-help groups of the State Rural Livelihood Mission will also be included.
• Each Ladli Behna Sena will have a leader and deputy leader chosen with everyone’s consensus, who will fulfill their responsibilities for a year.
