Eligibility Criteria for Gruha Lakshmi Scheme

As per Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar, all women who are named as the head of their families on Below Poverty Line (BPL) or Above Poverty Line (APL) cards are eligible for this scheme. They should not fall under any income tax bracket. Additionally, government employees are not eligible for this scheme. Only one female member per family can avail the benefits of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme.
